Make your sunblind into an awning!

For anyone who does not want to do without the luxury of an awning on holiday, dwt offers the option of making a sunblind into an awning with additional textile parts. We offer the matching design depending on the colour and material of your sunblind cloth: the sunblind awning is available in beige and grey.

The dwt sunblind awning consists of a front wall and two side walls connected with zips. You can purchase the complete sunblind awning. If you already have side walls for your sunblind, you can order the front wall separately. The weather protection front wall can also be used for the sunblind awning. Find out here how it works.

10 good reasons for the sunblind awning

1. Zips:
the individual wall pieces are connected with exchangeable zips.

2. Window flaps on the front wall:
with zips on the outside, the film window flap opens the gauze inserts behind them.

3. Fastening piping:
the front wall and side walls are attached with the sunblind using the fastening piping on the connection profiles. The side wall clamp profile is part of the side wall and sunblind awning series.

4. Side wall clamp profile:
this is spring mounted and gives the sunblind more stability. It has a channel rail which is retracted into the fastening piping on the side wall.

5. Push-rods:
these are spring mounted and therefore easily counterbalance movements. They are part of the series supply for the side walls and sunblind awning.

6. Storm bracing:
options for additional storm bracing are available in the front wall and side walls.

7. Curtains/railing:
the front wall can be provided with curtains upon request. The curtains are hung up with rollers on the curtain rail. Curtain rail is available as standard.

8. Expansion element:
this extends the front wall by approx. 50cm width. It can be connected to the left or right of the front wall with zips.

9. Hollow seam:
the awning corners are accurately aligned with the fixing (hollow seam with Velcro band) on the leg of the sunblind and therefore increase stability.

10. Side wall window flap:
the window is on the inside and the film window is closed from view with zips.
